Description
Known from team events in the field of cross training, the Worm enriches every box with a great training device for group training sessions. The Worm comes pre-filled with weight bags. These are filled with rubber granules with a respective weight of 45 kg or 30 kg.
The weight can be made heavier or lighter by filling or removing granules. However, a weight chamber must not exceed the weight of 60 kg.
