The Suprfit Tech Bar Aluminum is the perfect barbell for beginners in weightlifting and strength training. This bar meets all IWF standards for a women's Olympic barbell. It has a grip diameter of 25 mm and the usual weightlifting markings. This bar also features the grip markings for powerlifting. However, the Suprfit Tech Bar Aluminum 5 kg is slightly shorter than the Suprfit Tech Bar 10 kg and is made of aluminum. Thanks to its light weight, the Suprfit Tech Bar Aluminum is ideal for beginners learning Olympic weightlifting.
