The protection of your personal data when you visit our website is important to us. We use information that we receive and store during your visit to our website exclusively for internal purposes and to improve the design of the website.

2. Usage Data

When you visit our website, so-called usage data is temporarily stored on our web server as a log for statistical purposes in order to improve the quality of our website. This record consists of the name of the file, the date and time of the query, the amount of data transferredthe access status (file transferred, file not found),the IP address of the requesting computer. We use this information to enable access to our website, to control and administer our systems and to improve the design of the website. The stored data is stored anonymously in accordance with the Telemedia Act (TMG). The anonymization takes place within 48 hours. The creation of personal user profiles is thus excluded. Data about people or their individual behavior is not collected here.

3.Cookies

We use cookies on our domain www.suprfit.de. Cookies are small units of information that are temporarily stored on your hard drive by our server when you visit our website. The cookies on our website do not contain any personal data, no personal data is generated or passed on, or a link to personal data is established. Our cookies are not used to run programs and/or load viruses onto your computer. Our cookies are stored on the hard drive for 7 days and deleted again after the 7 days have elapsed. Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. However, you can deactivate this automatic acceptance of cookies or set your browser so that it notifies you as soon as cookies are sent. If you deactivate the acceptance of cookies, you can of course also use our website. However, we would like to point out that the offers on our website that require registration cannot be used or can only be used to a limited extent if our cookies are deactivated and that navigation restrictions may result. As part of an order via the PayPal payment method, PayPal Inc. also sets session cookies to process the order. Important: If you completely exclude the use of cookies, you cannot log in as a registered user or register for the first time, i.e. the use of this area is then excluded. An order is then also not possible. To improve the use of our website, we also use the options of so-called session IDs. Session IDs are small information units that are temporarily stored on your hard drive by our server when you visit our website and that enable us to identify you during your visit to our website and to assign you to the customer profile we have created. Session IDs do not contain any information that can be read in plain text and are not used to run programs and/or load viruses onto your computer.

Session IDs are not stored permanently on the hard drive and are deleted again when you exit the browser. Most browsers are set to automatically accept session IDs. However, you can deactivate this automatic acceptance of session IDs or set your browser so that it notifies you as soon as session IDs are sent. If you deactivate the acceptance of session IDs, you can of course also use our website without session IDs. However, we would like to point out that the offers on our website that require registration cannot be used or can only be used to a limited extent if our session IDs are deactivated and that navigation restrictions may occur.

4. Tracking tools

In order to design our website according to needs, we create pseudonymous user profiles with the help of Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (www.google.de). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", i.e. text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, since we have activated IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website for us, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services related to website activity and internet usage. We also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from AdWords for statistical purposes. If you do not want this, you can deactivate this via the ad preference manager http://www.google.com/settings/ads. You can object to the creation of pseudonymous usage profiles at any time. There are several ways to do this:

1.) One way to object to web analysis by Google Analytics is to set an opt-out cookie, which instructs Google not to save or use your data for web analysis purposes. Please note that with this solution, the web analysis will only not take place as long as the opt-out cookie is stored by the browser. If you want to set the opt-out cookie now, please click here.

2.) You can also prevent the storage of the cookies used for profiling by setting your browser software accordingly.

3.) Depending on the browser you are using, you have the option of installing a browser plugin that prevents tracking. To do this, please click here and install the browser plugin available there.

More information about cookies from GoogleGoogle cookies (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Display Network and Remarketing) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, this offer points out to users that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

Google conversion trackingAs an AdWords customer, we also use Google Conversion Tracking, an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Google Adwords places a cookie on your computer (“conversion cookie”) if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain of our pages and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that someone clicked on the ad and was thus forwarded to our page. Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. AdWords customers find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the setting of a cookie required for this - for example via a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser so that cookies from the "googleadservices.com" domain are blocked. Google RemarketingWe use the remarketing technology of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). With this technology, users who have already visited our website and online services and are interested in what we offer are addressed again through targeted advertising on the pages of members of the Google Partner Network. The advertisement is displayed using cookies. These are small text files that are stored on the user's computer. With the help of the text files, user behavior when visiting the website can be analyzed and then used for targeted product recommendations and interest-based advertising.

Our advertising partners (Google) set cookies for users. These cookies are also recognition features and are designed as pseudonyms. They are used, for example, to tailor products and services to you and to display appropriate advertising. Google users can disable display advertising via the ad settings https://www.google.com/settings/ads?hl=de and adjust the settings for the Google Display Network. We can also provide our websites with so-called "remarketing tags".

This means that we can add keywords to our website that contain statements about the content of the page displayed (e.g. product or service categories). The keywords that we use contain neither personal nor sensitive information. Google receives and stores these keywords for the recognition features mentioned above. So if you visit a page that we have tagged with a certain product category, Google saves this tag and assigns it to your recognition features.

Cross device remarketing

If you log in to Google services with your own login data or use one or more of your own Google accounts, Google can link the recognition features of different browsers and end devices. So if Google has ever created its own identifier for the laptop, desktop PC, smartphone or tablet you are using, these identifiers can be associated with one another as soon as you use or have used a Google service with your login data. In this way, Google can also display our advertising campaigns in a targeted manner beyond end devices. However, Google will only do this if you have given Google your consent to this data processing in the past.

If you do not wish to receive interest-based advertising, you can object at any time and deactivate the use of cookies by Google for these purposes by visiting https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922 and deactivating personalized advertising . Alternatively, users can opt out of the use of third-party cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page (http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices).

By using our offers, you agree to the processing of the anonymized data collected about you by Google in the manner described here and for the aforementioned purpose. We would like to point out that Google has its own data protection guidelines, which are independent of ours. We accept no responsibility or liability for these policies and procedures. If necessary, please inform yourself about Google's data protection regulations at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

5. Facebook Social Plugins

Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). When you access a website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. This gives Facebook the information that you have accessed the corresponding web page of our website (e.g. which products have been added to the shopping cart, which categories have been viewed, which products have been viewed and which products have been purchased. We can use the information obtained in this way for the display use from Facebook Ads) If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign your visit to your Facebook account. If you use the plug-ins shown, for example by pressing the "Like" button, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. For more information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights and setting options to protect your privacy, please read Facebook's data protection information (http://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.php). on their website. To prevent Facebook from receiving data about you via our website that can be assigned to your Facebook account, please log out of Facebook before accessing our website.

6. Affiliate Marketing

We use third party retargeting and remarketing features on our website. These technologies make it possible to target Internet users who have previously visited our website with personalized advertising on our partners' websites. For this purpose, the respective retargeting or remarketing provider stores a cookie on your hard drive. On the basis of cookie technology, usage information is stored in pseudonymised form, e.g. which advertising you have received from us or clicked on, which products you have viewed or whether something has been purchased. The pseudonymous data is never merged with your personal data and is only used to enable and optimize advertising based on the interests of the respective user. A transfer to third parties for their own use does not take place. You can object to the use of cookies at any time by either generally prohibiting their use in the settings of your browser (see Section 6.4) or by accessing the pages for deactivating cookies of the respective third-party providers via links.
