With a weight of 255 kg, the cable trainer stands firmly on the floor without wobbling. The concrete weights are coated with high-quality plastic and can be adjusted in 5 kg increments.

Our tip: With an incline bench, you get even more out of the cable training because you can train individual muscle groups even more specifically.
